“The Role Of Faith”

I John 5:4; Proverbs 3:5-6

Last week we looked at The Power Available To Us.  We noted that every Christian has all the power they need to live a full and happy life.  This morning we’re going to consider The Role Of Faith  in accessing God’s power.

The Importance of Faith

ü Faith is the victory that overcomes the world – I John 5:4

ü Without faith it is impossible to please God – Hebrews 11:6

How to Tap into God’s Power

ü Trust in the Lord with all your heart – Proverbs 3:5a

ü Lean not on your own understanding – Proverbs 3:5b

ü In all your ways acknowledge Him – Proverbs 3:6a

ü And He will make your paths straight – Proverbs 3:6b
